Cabinet Secretary Public Service and Human Capital Development Hon. Justin Muturi will be the Chief Guest at the AAPSCOMS 6th General Assembly opening ceremony to take place on Wednesday 6th November 2024 at Safari Park Hotel. Public Service Commission Chairperson and AAPCOMS Vice President (East African Region) has made this announcement today at the Commission.
“I’m glad to announce that the Cabinet Secretary Public Service and Human Capital Development will be the chief guest and we will deliver the keynote address on behalf of the President William Ruto,” said Amb. Muchiri.
The PSC Chairperson made this announcement today when he met the AAPSCOMS President Dr. Choolwe and the team who had paid him a courtesy call ahead of tomorrow’s conference.
“Kenya is adequately prepared to host the 6th AAPSCOMS General assembly and we are all looking forward to an excellent knowledge-sharing experience,” said Amb. Muchiri.
Speaking at the same meeting the AAPSCOMS President Dr. Choolwe emphasized on the importance of the upcoming conference towards achieving a unified citizen centered public service across the continent. He also expressed his regards to PSC Kenya for the good progress made in preparations for the conference.
Also in attendance, were AAPSCOMS Vice Presidents (West African Region) Mr. Baboucarr A. Suwareh and (Southern African Region) Mrs. Mpeo Mahase Moiloa. PSC Vice Chairperson Ms. Charity Kisotu, Commissioners; Amb. Salma Ahmed, Dr. Joyce Nyabuti, Dr. Mary Mwiandi and Andrew Muriuki, Commission Secretary Mr. Paul Famba and Deputy Commission Secretary Mr. Remmy Mulati.
