The Public Service Commission (PSC) on 22nd August 2022 began to induct 18 newly appointed PSC staff.
The three-day program will furnish the staff with knowledge on Governance and Structure of Government; Mandate of the Public Service Commission; its strategic plan 2019-2024, Vision, Mission and Core Values.
Other topics will include Values and Principles of Public Service; Public Service Code of Conduct and Ethics; Declaration of Income, Assets and Liabilities (Public Officer Ethics Act 2003); Human Resource Policies and Procedure; Disciplinary Procedures; Performance Management; Public Finance Management; and much more.
