Public Service Internship Programme

The Public Service Internship Programme is a government initiative to offer opportunities for college graduates to acquire and develop valuable technical and professional skills while gaining work experience. The Commission first rolled out the programme in the financial year 2019/2020 with budgetary funding from the exchequer.

Public Service Emerging Leaders Fellowship Programme

The Public Service Emerging Leaders Fellowship Programme (PSELF) is an initiative of the Public Service Commission developed in partnership with Emerging Public Leaders (EPL), a Washington DC based public sector leadership development organization, and Emerging Leaders Foundation-Africa (EFL-A). Chandler Institute of Governance-CIG (Singapore) is the curriculum developer.
