The PSC Chairperson was speaking during the Graduation Ceremony of the second cohort of the  Public Service Emerging Leaders Fellowship (PSELF), at Safari Park Hotel on 22nd March 2024.

“ There is no productivity without proper training. I therefore urge the government to support more capacity building programmes to achieve an effective and efficient public service,” said Amb. Muchiri.

Mr. Muchiri also encouraged the PSELF graduates to be confident and apply the skills, ethics and values they have acquired throughout the one-year training programme.
